Logic system CD4093BE 4xNAND With Schmitt Trigger

Logic system with four NAND gates with Schmitt’s derailleur gears at the output, preventing the system from waking up. Voltage of the system is from 3 V to 18 V. CD4093BE is enclosed in a DIP14 enclosure. It is designed for THT threaded mounting.
